3. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that:

• All content is generated by artificial intelligence
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use
• We do not guarantee accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated content
• You must have the right to use any reference images you upload
• Generated images may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes unless marked private

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by DB Creative AI Twin Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or credits:

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
• Credits do not expire but may be subject to fair use policies

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate deepfakes or misleading content without disclosure
• Create content depicting minors in any context
• Generate explicit, violent, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or create unauthorized likenesses
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

DB Creative AI Twin Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
